Hien Dat land is located 05 minutes drive from Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

The land adjoins three main streets: Le Trong Tan, Duong Duc Hien, and Nguyen Huu Tien and is at the connection hub of Tan Phu district, Binh Tan district, and district 12.
